We are always interested in offering enthusiastic and talented researchers who are interested in our research area the opportunity to conduct a PhD. Please send a CV and a meaningful motivation letter as well as contact information for three references to Dr. Markus A. Master thesis

We are currently accepting motivated Master and Bachelor students (chemistry, molecular biology, molecular medicine, biotechnology), who are interested in the field of biochemistry/molecular biology, human genetics or clinical analytics with a focus on metabolomics/lipidomics.

2 Master thesis opportunities (Start WS22/23)

We offer you the possibility to gain skills in

1. Cell culture (primary and immortal human cell lines), cloning, CRISPR/Cas9 knockouts, enzymatic activity assays
2. Mass spectrometry (lipidomics or metabolomics), method development, clinical research
3. Bioinformatic analysis of omics data
