Vice Rector for Teaching and Study Matters

Regardless of the overall responsibility of the rectorship, the Vice Rector for Teaching and Study Matters is responsible for the following areas in particular:

  • Organisation of teaching and studies;
  • Admission of students including admission procedures;
  • Collection of tuition fees
  • Examination system:
  • Hiring lecturers;
  • Directory of classes;
  • Study regulations;
  • International mobility programmes;
  • Quality management and evaluation – studies and teaching;
  • Management of spatial resources for teaching;
  • Teaching hospitals (together with the Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs);
  • Coordination and implementation of the clinical internship year (together with the Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs);
  • Development of the courses offered;
  • Strategic planning – development of the curriculum (development of PhD programmes together with the Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations);
  • University courses;
  • Alumni / alumnae support.
