Forschungsschwerpunkte:

Wir interessieren uns dafür, warum bei der Alzheimerdemenz die pathologischen Ablagerungen im Gehirn entstehen und wie diese verhindert werden können, und auch, warum Nervenzellen absterben. Weiters wollen wir Biomarker in humanen Flüssigkeiten zur Diagnose finden.
