Research Infrastructure

Research infrastructure enquiries and repair requests are processed by the finance department. Decisions for purchasing new equipment are taken by an Infrastructure commission implemented by the MUI rector`s office. However, decisions on Shared Infrastructure are taken by a commission consisting of an equal number of MUI and Tyrol clinic representatives.

Research infrastructure enquiries should be sent to the finance department at least one week before the respective commission meeting deadline.

Several Core facilities are established at MUI. These facilities make possible for all MUI scientists to have widespread access to modern research infrastructure and methods.
