Barrier-free admission procedure

Registration of medication and/or medical devices

If you only wish to register medication and/or medical devices (e.g. blood glucose meters) for the day of the test, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible but no later than 6 weeks before the day of the test. Your e-mail should contain a detailed description of the medical device and a photo of it.

We would also like to point out that not all test halls are accessible at ground level and the toilets are not on the same level resp. If you have limited mobility, please contact us in advance.

Please note

No WLAN- or Bluetooth-enabled devices must be taken to the test site. They are generally not authorised without exception. Medical equipment must be registered in good time. Without registration and without further authorisation from the admission procedure management, you won’t be allowed to bring your equipment.

Alternative examination method

If you require a different examination method because you are unable to take an examination within the scope of the admission or selection procedure using the prescribed method due to a disability in accordance with §3 BGstG (Act on Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities), you can apply for an alternative method. The following points must be fulfilled and taken into account:

  • At the time of applying for an alternative examination method, you must have a valid registration and have paid the cost contribution.
  • The request must be submitted by e-mail within the deadline specified below.
  • The application form must be completed in full and added to the application.
  • A signed and stamped medical certificate or expert opinion must be attached to the application. The application must state the disability and the necessary alternative examination method.

All cases are collected by the end of the application period and then discussed and evaluated individually (by a committee). We will inform you by e-mail in good time before the test whether and in what way you will be granted a different examination method and, if necessary, suitable support measures.
