Department of Student Services

The Student Services Department is responsible for organising and managing all medical admissions procedures, student enrolment, maintaining student records, organising various study-related events and academic ceremonies, as well as running the MUI Shop.

The following specialist units are responsible for carrying out these tasks:

Admissions procedures: Planning, organising and managing all medical admissions procedures

Admission and Student Records: Student enrolment/admission, tuition fees, course registration, public enquiries, etc.

Services for school pupils and schools: Conducting various study guidance sessions (e.g. at BeSt³, lectures, etc.), organising Open Lab Days

Academic ceremonies: Planning, organisation and execution of all academic graduation ceremonies at the Medical University of Innsbruck in an exclusive setting

MUI Shop: The MUI Shop is intended for all students, staff and supporters of the Medical University.
