The Work-Family Compatibility Department Team is happy to help organise childcare for your conference or other event. To ensure the planning process goes smoothly, we recommend contacting us early – ideally before the event is advertised.

By offering childcare during your event, you significantly enhance the compatibility of work, study and family life, allowing scientists and academics with family commitments to participate and contribute their valuable knowledge and perspectives. As the event organiser, you will cover the costs for childcare and provide a suitable room.
