Description

With CISCO Webex, employees can collaborate online via videoconferencing, content sharing, messaging, and shared whiteboards. All information and files shared via Webex are stored for two months and can be accessed directly in Webex Teams. Up to 1,000 people can join meetings and collaborate in the chat area.

Instructions

As a member of staff, you are provided with free access to Webex Teams.

Windows users can download Webex via the Software Center themselves. Simply click the Windows button in your taskbar and select Software Center on the right. There you will find various software, including Webex, which you can install yourself.

Mac users can download Webex via the Cisco website and then sign in with your Q account and password. If you are unable to install Webex, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
