Superresolution antibodies
In order to facilitate the setup of gSTED and STORM in the individual labs, the biooptics offers small amounts of prealiquoted secondary antibodies as recommended by the companies.
We currently offer the following dyes. Alexa647 (used for STORM), Oregon Green 488 (gSTED, recommended by Leica), AbbberiorSTAR488(gSTED, superior to Oregon Green 488) and AbberiorSTAR440SX (gSTED, recommended by Leica).
