Image-Guided Diagnosis and Therapy (IGDT)
State-of-the-art medicine is minimally invasive and is strongly based on medical images. The IGDT PhD Program is clinically oriented and provides research opportunities in a broad range of scientific activities including nano-medicine, microscopy, optics, imaging, image-based diagnosis and therapy, visualization of medical imagery, image-based navigation, and surgery.
The interdisciplinary IGDT program embraces a broad scientific spectrum in order to ultimately advance image-based clinical processes.
